Wicklow Magnet School Standardized Dress Code
All students are expected to wear the standardized dress code every day, except on NUT days (No Uniform Today.) Spirit days will be on Fridays to give students a chance to wear their PTA Wicklow t-shirt and Jeans. Clothing meeting the standardized dress code requirements can come from your closet, garage sales, or your favorite store or catalog. Wal-Mart, Target, J.C. Penney's, Old Navy, Gap, and Burlington are just a few of the stores or catalogs that have reasonably priced items that fit the dress code. Logo shirts are not required, but are encouraged to show our school spirit and identity.
Who: All Students in Kindergarten to Fifth Grade What: Shirts: Red, Navy, Royal Blue or Green tops Polo shirts, blouses, shirts (long or short sleeves) Sweaters/sweater vests for cool weather can be red, navy or royal blue polos Logo shirts are not required, but are encouraged to show our school spirit and identity. There is no obligation to purchase Wicklow Elementary Magnet School logo shirts from PTA. Bottoms: Navy, Khaki or black bottoms Shorts, pants, skirts, jumpers, skorts, capris Belts suggested for belt loops Bottoms should fit properly and not sag below the waist NO JEANS are permitted Shoes: Closed-back shoes (no flip-flops or slide-in shoes). All students are expected to participate, however if a student cannot participate due to religious or other parental reasons or parents who strongly opposed can or contact the Wicklow School Administration Manager, Mrs. Hengehold at 407-320-1271.
